Speaking of the last days and predicting what will happen in the end times has been a topic of conversation for many years. Prophecy concerning the end times is abundant and varied. Many opinions, however, not many agree.  A factual viewpoint has not been established or proven to be true. The end time events are still a mystery.

May I present one more commentary that will shed light on the last days based on scripture? The following scriptures tell us what to expect in the last days. It is imperative that we believe there are only two powers humans can serve, either God of Satan. Everyone chooses one or the other. Another basic truth one must believe is; in the last days there will be no belief in God. “For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all” (Romans 11:32). No belief in God is critical to understanding the last days. No belief in God also indicates almost everyone will believe in Satan.

That fact is further illustrated in the following, “Except the Lord of hosts had left us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been as Gomorrah” (Isiah 1:9). A remnant is a small portion of the original left at the end.  At the end of the age the majority of the earth’s population will be like Sodom and Gomorrah. Only a few, a remnant, are not guilty of committing oral and anal sex. Only a few believe in God. If you were to place Adam and Eve in this picture they would not stand with the remnant. They departed from God and followed Satan.

This truth is also expressed in Matthew 7:13-14 “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at:….strait is the gate, and narrow is the way , which leadeth to life, and few there be that find it.” Only a few choose life. The masses choose the way that leads to destruction. The remnant traveled the narrow way but most humans today have chosen the broad way; which is Sodom and Gomorrah.

When Jesus comes the population of the earth will be as it was in the days of Noah—only a few believe in God. “But as the days of No’e were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be” (Mathew 24:37). In the story of Noah there were eight people in the ark. The rest of the population were wicked. Today, this is the condition of human kind. Only a few are not like Sodom and Gomorrah. Jesus comes to this wicked end time generation to give deliverance to all those who fell for Satan’s lie. He comes to a generation of vipers or you could say he comes to those who chose Satan. Jesus sees them as snakes/vipers.

In Revelations 17:17, we learn God is in control.   “For * God has put in their hearts to fulfill his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast (Satan), until the words of God shall be fulfilled”. The cross reference tells us who God gave to the beast.  They are the sexually perverse; all those who practice oral and anal sex.  * “For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did that which is against nature” (Romans 1:26).  This is speaking of all who practice the sex of Sodom and Gomorrah.  They have taken the mark of the beast. Oral sex marks a person as belonging to Satan just as a branding iron marks a rancher’s cattle. (Vile means evil, despicable, base, low, wicked, and abominable.)

These people have been in bondage, captured. No deliverance will be offered to them until the last days.  The first coming of Jesus, the end of sin, and salvation is promised to come in the last days as stated in Isaiah 2:2, “And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountains of the Lord’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.” The many who took the broad way will return to God. Jesus does not come to condemn but he comes to deliver all from sin.  God is good.  In the end, in the last days, God will show his goodness in spite of man’s rebellion. He will pour his truth out on all flesh. All people will return to the ways of God.

When believing the scriptures listed above concerning the condition of the human race in the last days one must ask, how can God end the world in unbelief while Christianity is saving the world? There is a reasonable answer given in Romans 10:3, “For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves into the righteousness of God.” The Christians of today do not understand righteousness. Those on the broad way, those who chose unnatural sex are not righteous and they built the Christianity of today. However, verse 2 of Romans 10 does tell us this, “…they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.” The pastors of today have the desire to serve God but have no knowledge of righteousness.

In the last days the wicked will have created a false Christianity. All the woes to the hypocrite can be read to those who belong to this false Christianity of today. However, Jesus tells us this:If my people, which are called by my name, (Christians) shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land” (11 Chronicles: 7:14). The healing of America will not come from our political system, but rather from this false Christianity when those in the church see the light, repent, return to God, end sin in their lives, and are made holy. Holy people do not commit fornication the sex of Sodom and Gomorrah. A holy Christianity will heal our land.

Yes, all people will learn the ways of God. “And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out my Spirit (truth) upon all flesh:” “…and whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Acts 2:17 and 21). At this time those given to the sex of Sodom and Gomorrah will find deliverance. All humans will come to God. “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men (humans) to me (Jesus)” (John 12:32).

“All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn unto the Lord: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee” (Psalm 66:4). “As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent” (Revelation: 3:19). Heaven will come to earth.
